Beschrijving

Download voor een regeling alle toestand-XMLs (niet alleen de laatste). Cache per {BWB_ID}_{DATE}.xml zodat we niet opnieuw hoeven te downloaden.

Acties

  • Downloader uitbreiden voor meerdere toestanden per BWB-ID
  • Cache key: {BWB_ID}_{DATE}.xml (uniek per toestand)
  • Rate limiting respecteren
  • Test: download alle toestanden van de Grondwet
