# Goedkeuringsbesluit ex artikel 8, tweede lid, van de Wet melding ongebruikelijke transacties
### Artikel 1
De indicator, bedoeld in artikel 8, eerste lid, van de Wet melding ongebruikelijke transacties, vastgesteld bij ministeriële regeling van 2 april 1998, wordt goedgekeurd.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
