+In het gebied aangegeven op de kaart in de bijlage is op 11 december 2012 de aanwezigheid van Salmonella Gallinarum vastgesteld.

+**1.** Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit gebiedsvaststelling bestrijding Salmonella Gallinarum (PPE) 2012.

+**2.** Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd op het internet en in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na publicatie.
