# Besluit ex artikel 4 Instellingswet Productschap voor Zuivel (1)
### Artikel 1
Onder aangelegenheden, verband houdende met het economisch verkeer tussen verschillende stadia van voortbrenging en afzet, als bedoeld in artikel 4, eerste lid, onder *a*, van de Instellingswet Productschap voor Zuivel (*Stb.* 1956, 93) zijn begrepen de prijzen, waartegen kaas aan buitenlandse afnemers ten minste moet worden afgezet.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 1959.
