# Regeling onderwijsaccountantsprotocol OCW 2022
### Artikel 1
Het protocol voor de controle en onderzoek door de accountant over het jaar 2022 wordt vastgesteld overeenkomstig de bijlage bij deze regeling.
### Artikel 2
De Regeling wijziging en nieuwe vaststelling onderwijsaccountantsprotocol OCW/EZ 2016 wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel 3
**1.** Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 1 januari 2022.
**2.** Deze regeling heeft betrekking op het jaar 2022 en vervalt met ingang van 1 januari 2029.
### Artikel 4
Deze regeling wordt aangehaald als: Regeling onderwijsaccountantsprotocol OCW 2022.
