# Regeling Controleprotocol WNT 2023
### Artikel 1
Het protocol voor controle van het financieel verslaggevingsdocument door de accountant over het jaar 2023 op de naleving van de Wet normering topinkomens en de daarop rustende bepalingen wordt vastgesteld overeenkomstig de bijlage bij deze regeling.
### Artikel 2
Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel 3
Deze regeling wordt aangehaald als: Regeling Controleprotocol WNT 2023.
