# Besluit deeltijd notarissen
### Artikel 1
Het minimum aantal uren per week, bedoeld in artikel 29, derde lid, tweede volzin, van de Wet op het notarisambt, wordt bepaald op achttien.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking op het tijdstip waarop artikel 29 van de Wet op het notarisambt in werking treedt.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit deeltijd notarissen.
