# Beleidsregels Protocol Jobcoach
### Artikel 1
Het Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen hanteert bij het beoordelen van cliënten voor de toepassing van de voorziening persoonlijke ondersteuning, ook wel jobcoach genoemd, het protocol als weergegeven in de bijlage bij dit besluit.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin het wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 1 januari 2006.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Beleidsregels Protocol Jobcoach.
