# Implementatiebesluit richtlijn en verordening kapitaalvereisten
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentieel toezicht financiële groepen Wft.
### Artikel V
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel VI
Dit onderdeel is nog niet inwerking getreden
### Artikel VII
Na de inwerkingtreding van dit besluit berust de Regeling beheerst beloningsbeleid Wft 2011 op artikel 23e, vijfde lid, van het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.
### Artikel VIII
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
### Artikel IX
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit richtlijn en verordening kapitaalvereisten.
