### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel IV
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
### Artikel V
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit implementatie richtlijn grensoverschrijdende distributie van beleggingsinstellingen en icbe’s.
