# Besluit controleprotocol authentieke gegevens basisregistratie topografie (TOP10NL)
### Artikel 1
Als controleprotocol authentieke gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 7u, tweede lid, van de Kadasterwet, wordt, voor zover betreffend het topografisch bestand TOP10NL, bedoeld in artikel 1a, tweede lid, onderdeel a, van die wet, vastgesteld het Controleprotocol authentieke gegevens basisregistratie topografie (TOP10NL), dat als bijlage bij dit besluit gaat.
### Artikel 2
Wijzigt het Besluit Controleprotocol authentieke gegevens.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit controleprotocol authentieke gegevens basisregistratie topografie (TOP10NL).
## Bijlage
Ligt ter inzage bij alle kantoren van het Kadaster en is gepubliceerd op www.kadaster.nl.
