# Herstelbesluit financiële markten 2018
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit bijzondere prudentiële maatregelen, beleggerscompensatie en depositogarantie Wft.
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel V
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel VI
Wijzigt het Besluit politiegegevens.
### Artikel VII
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentieel toezicht financiële groepen Wft.
### Artikel VIII
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel IX
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Herstelbesluit financiële markten 2018.
