+### Artikel 1

+In het gebied aangegeven op de kaart in de bijlage is de aanwezigheid van infectieuze coryza of Salmonella Gallinarum vastgesteld.
+
+### Artikel 2
+
+**1.** Dit besluit kan worden aangehaald als: Besluit gebiedsvaststelling bestrijding infectieuze coryza en Salmonella Gallinarum (PPE) 2009.
+
+**2.** Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na publicatie.
