# Wijzigingsbesluit Jaarcijnsbesluit Zaaizaad- en Plantgoedwet
### Artikel I
Bevat wijzigingen in andere regelgeving.
### Artikel II
Voor een jaarcijns welke is betaald over een tijdvak waarvan een deel valt na het tijdstip waarop dit besluit in werking treedt, is voor dat deel artikel I niet van toepassing.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de datum van uitgifte van het *Staatsblad* waarin het wordt geplaatst.
