# Wijzigingsbesluit Besluit kadastrale tarieven 1998 (aanpassing tarieven)
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit kadastrale tarieven 1998.
### Artikel II
Ten aanzien van verrichtingen die voor de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit zijn aangevraagd, blijven de bepalingen van het Besluit kadastrale tarieven 1998, zoals deze luidden voor de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit, van toepassing.
### Artikel III
De tekst van het Besluit kadastrale tarieven 2002 wordt in het Staatsblad geplaatst.
### Artikel IV
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 augustus 2002.
