# Beleidsregels Protocol Scholing
### Artikel 1
Het Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen hanteert bij het beoordelen van cliënten voor het volgen van een scholing het protocol als weergegeven in de bijlage bij dit besluit.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 juli 2005. Indien de Staatscourant waarin dit besluit wordt geplaatst, wordt uitgegeven na 29 juni 2005, treedt het in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst en werkt het terug tot en met 1 juli 2005.
### Artikel 3
De Mededeling 97.099 "arbeidsdeskundige standaard scholing" wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Beleidsregels Protocol Scholing.
