# Besluit aanwijzing toezichthouders buitenlandse handel
### Artikel 1
De ambtenaren werkzaam bij de rijksbelastingdienst, bevoegd inzake douane en die daartoe door hun bevoegd gezag zijn aangewezen, zijn belast met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens de:
a. Wet strategische diensten, en
b. Wet uitvoering antiboycotverordening.
### Artikel 2
Het Besluit aanwijzing toezichthouders Belastingdienst 2012 wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2026.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit aanwijzing toezichthouders buitenlandse handel.
