# Wijzigingsbesluit Uitvoeringsbesluit ex artikel 437, eerste lid, van het Wetboek van Strafrecht (aanscherping registratieplicht )
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Uitvoeringsbesluit ex artikel 437, eerste lid, van het Wetboek van Strafrecht.
### Artikel II
Op gebruikte of ongeregelde goederen die de opkoper of handelaar als bedoeld in artikel 1 van het Uitvoeringsbesluit ex artikel 437, eerste lid, van het Wetboek van Strafrecht heeft verworven dan wel reeds voorhanden had vóór de inwerkingtreding van dit besluit, is dit besluit niet van toepassing.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2013.
