# Besluit aanwijzing ondernemersorganisaties in verband met toepassing Schilthuisaftrek (PVV) 2006
### Artikel 1
Als ondernemersorganisatie in de veehandel als bedoeld in artikel 5 van de Verordening huishoudelijke heffingen (PVV) 2006 worden aangewezen:
Afdelingen Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, Utrecht, Noord- Holland, Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, Noord-Brabant en Limburg van de Nederlandse Bond van Handelaren in Vee;
- Centrale Bond van Paardenhandelaren in Nederland;
- Centrale Vereniging voor Coöperatieve Handel.
### Artikel 2
**1.** Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2006.
**2.** Dit besluit wordt geplaatst in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en wordt aangehaald als: Besluit aanwijzing ondernemersorganisaties in verband met toepassing Schilthuisaftrek (PVV) 2006.
