# Wet implementatie richtlijn grensoverschrijdende distributie van beleggingsinstellingen en icbe’s
### Artikel I
Wijzigt de Wet op het financieel toezicht.
### Artikel II
Deze wet treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
### Artikel III
Deze wet wordt aangehaald als: Wet implementatie richtlijn grensoverschrijdende distributie van beleggingsinstellingen en icbe’s.
