# Besluit aanwijzing toezichthouders CBAM
### Artikel 1
Ambtenaren werkzaam bij de Dienst Nederlandse Emissieautoriteit worden belast met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens de titels 16c.1 en 16c.2 van de Wet milieubeheer.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2026.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit aanwijzing toezichthouders CBAM.
