### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit toezicht accountantsorganisaties.
### Artikel II
Artikel 15a van het Besluit toezicht accountantsorganisaties is niet van toepassing op jaarverslagen die betrekking hebben op boekjaren die zijn aangevangen voor 1 januari 2008.

Met ingang van de dag na datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin dit besluit wordt geplaatst treden in werking:
