+# Vaststellingsbesluit Hersendoodprotocol

+### Artikel 1

+Het Hersendoodprotocol, bedoeld in artikel 15, eerste lid, van de Wet op de orgaandonatie, wordt vastgesteld overeenkomstig de bijlage bij dit besluit.

+### Artikel 2
+
+Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
