+### Artikel I

+Wijzigt de Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001.
+
+### Artikel II
+
+Wijzigt de Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969.
+
+### Artikel III
+
+Wijzigt de Wet op de dividendbelasting 1965.
+
+### Artikel IV
+
+Wijzigt de Wet bronbelasting 2021.
+
+### Artikel V
+
+Wijzigt de Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen.

+### Artikel VI
+
+Wijzigt de Wet implementatie tweede EU-richtlijn antibelastingontwijking.

+### Artikel VII
+
+Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2022 en vindt voor het eerst toepassing met betrekking tot boekjaren die aanvangen op of na 1 januari 2022.
