# Intrekkingsbesluit Rechtspositiebesluit WPO/WEC
### Artikel I
Het Rechtspositiebesluit WPO/WEC wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel II
Het Rechtspositiebesluit WPO/WEC zoals dat luidde op de dag voor het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit blijft van toepassing op een voor dat tijdstip genomen beslissing als bedoeld in artikel 60, eerste lid, van de Wet op het primair onderwijs en artikel 63, eerste lid, van de Wet op de expertisecentra.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 augustus 2015.
