### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit Prudentiële regels Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel V
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
### Artikel VI
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit herziene richtlijn betaaldiensten.
