# Wijzigingsbesluit Besluit opneming buitenlandse kinderen ter adoptie (benaming stichting)
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit opneming buitenlandse kinderen ter adoptie.
### Artikel II
Aspirant-adoptiefouders die op de dag van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit als aspirant-adoptiefouders staan ingeschreven bij de Stichting adoptievoorzieningen, zijn het in artikel 6, tweede lid, vastgestelde bedrag verschuldigd volgens het tot dan geldende tarief.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2012.
