# Besluit PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2004
### Artikel 1
**1.**
De heffing als bedoeld in artikel 2 derde lid, van de Verordening PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2004, bedraagt voor het oogstjaar 2004 voor iedere onderneming waarin de teelt wordt uitgeoefend van:
| a. | tulpenbollen: | € 0,34 per are |

**2.** Bedragen lager dan € 22,50, worden niet opgelegd.
### Artikel 2
Uitgezonderd van de areaalheffing als genoemd in artikel 1, zijn:

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2004.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit treedt in werking op de tweede dag na publicatie in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie.
