# Besluit aanwijzing gerechtigde ondernemersorganisaties in de vleesindustrie Schilthuisaftrek (PVV) 2004
### Artikel 1
Als ondernemersorganisatie als bedoeld in artikel 4 van de Verordening huishoudelijke heffing vleesindustrie (PVV) 2004, artikel 4 van de Verordening heffing o & o fonds vleesindustrie (PVV) 2004 alsmede artikel 4 van de Verordening heffing fonds sociale aangelegenheden vleesindustrie (PVV) 2004 worden aangewezen:
- Centrale Organisatie voor de Vleessector
- Koninklijke Nederlandse Slagersorganisatie.
### Artikel 2
**1.** Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dag van dagtekening van het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie waarin het wordt geplaatst.
**2.** Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit aanwijzing gerechtigde ondernemersorganisaties in de vleesindustrie Schilthuisaftrek (PVV) 2004.
