### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit transparantie uitgevende instellingen Wft.
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit uitvoering EU-verordeningen financiële markten.
### Artikel V
Wijzigt het Vrijstellingsbesluit overnamebiedingen Wft.
### Artikel VI
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
### Artikel VII
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit implementatie prospectusverordening.
