# Besluit SVB Beleidsregels WWB 2012
### Artikel 1
Bij de uitvoering van artikel 47a Wet werk en bijstand past de Sociale verzekeringsbank het beleid toe dat is neergelegd in de bijlage bij dit besluit.
### Artikel 2
Het Besluit SVB Beleidsregels WWB 2010 (Stcrt. 2009, nr. 19411) wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit SVB Beleidsregels WWB 2012.
## Bijlage
Ligt ter inzage bij de vestigingskantoren en het hoofdkantoor van de Sociale verzekeringsbank en is gepubliceerd op www.svb.nl.
