The maximum amount payable by an individual member shall be capped at 10% of total budgeted assessments with the balance redistributed equally across remaining members.
b) The Group shall determine the contribution of each member for each financial year in a currency to be decided by the Group and in accordance with the provisions for contributions specified in the rules of procedure. The payment of the contribution by each member shall be made in accordance with its constitutional procedures.
c) In addition to the budget contributions, the Group may accept donations from external sources.
