# Uitvoeringsbesluit EMIR 3-verordening en EMIR 3-richtlijn
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit EU-verordeningen Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel IV
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Uitvoeringsbesluit EMIR 3-verordening en EMIR 3-richtlijn.
