# Wijzigingsbesluit Warenwetbesluit Zoetstoffen (richtlijn 2003/115/EG)
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Warenwetbesluit Zoetstoffen.
### Artikel II
In afwijking van artikel 2, tweede lid, van het Warenwetbesluit Zoetstoffen mogen tafelzoetstoffen die:
a. voldoen aan het Warenwetbesluit Zoetstoffen zoals dat onmiddellijk vóór de inwerkingtreding van dit besluit luidde; en
b. vóór 29 juli 2005 in de handel zijn gebracht;
nog verhandeld worden tot en met 29 januari 2006.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
