This Agreement shall take effect on the day on which the Netherlands Government and the Zambian Government have informed each other that the constitutional requirements in their respective countries have been satisfied. It shall be valid for a term of three years as from the date of its entry into force, and shall be renewable by tacit consent for a similar period, unless one of the Governments shall notify the other at least six months before the expiry of the current period of its intention to terminate it.
