+### Artikel 1

+In het gebied aangegeven op de kaart in de bijlage is de aanwezigheid van Salmonella Gallinarum vastgesteld.

+### Artikel 2
+
+**1.** Dit besluit kan worden aangehaald als: Besluit tweede gebiedsvaststelling bestrijding infectieuze coryza en Salmonella Gallinarum (PPE) 2009.
+
+**2.** Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking op het tijdstip waarop de Verordening bestrijding infectieuze coryza en Salmonella Gallinarum bij pluimvee (PPE) 2009 in werking treedt.
