Aan de voorwaarde van toezicht als bedoeld in artikel 30b, tweede lid, eerste volzin, van de Wet op het notarisambt is niet voldaan als de toegevoegd notaris niet daadwerkelijk op dezelfde feitelijke werklocatie als de notaris werkzaam is.
