# Besluit SVB Beleidsregels Uitkeringsregeling Backpay
### Artikel 1
Bij de uitvoering van de Uitkeringsregeling Backpay, past de Sociale verzekeringsbank het beleid toe dat is neergelegd in de bijlage bij dit besluit.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel 3
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit SVB Beleidsregels Uitkeringsregeling Backpay.
## Bijlage
Ligt ter inzage bij het hoofdkantoor en de locaties van de Sociale verzekeringsbank.
