# Wijzigingsbesluit Bouwbesluit 2003 (wijzigingen in verband met implementatie van richtlijn tunnelveiligheid)
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Bouwbesluit 2003.
### Artikel II
Voor wegtunnels die zijn opengesteld voor het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit blijven de artikelen 2.218 en 2.219 van het Bouwbesluit 2003 en de daarop rustende bepalingen tot 1 mei 2014 buiten beschouwing.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
