# Besluit PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2011
### Artikel 1
**1.** De heffing als bedoeld in artikel 2 derde lid, van de Verordening PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2011, bedraagt voor het oogstjaar 2011 voor iedere onderneming waarin de teelt van tulpenbollen wordt uitgeoefend: € 0,40 per are.
**2.** Bedragen lager dan € 10,00 worden niet opgelegd.
### Artikel 2
Uitgezonderd van de areaalheffing als genoemd in artikel 1, zijn:

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit PT heffing bestrijding Ditylenchus dipsaci oogstjaar 2011.
### Artikel 4
Dit besluit treedt in werking op de tweede dag na publicatie in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie.
