# Ongeoorloofde afwezigheid uit inrichtingen
De circulaire van 1 juli 1993, onder nr. 366482/93/DJ inzake Ongeoorloofde afwezigheid uit inrichtingen trad bij gelijke datum in werking. Bij circulaire van 1 juli 1997 is de geldigheidsduur van deze circulaire verlengd tot 1 juli 2001.
Ik acht het noodzakelijk dat de regeling zoals neergelegd als in de bedoelde circulaire van 1 juli 1993 haar geldigheid behoudt. Daarom wordt hierbij de geldigheidsduur van die circulaire met vier jaar verlengd tot 1 juli 2005.

De bijlage wordt hier niet gepubliceerd. Deze bijlage is als circulaire gepubliceerd in Staatscourant 127 van 8 juli 1993, pag. 11.
