+### Artikel 1
+
+De afdeling handhaving en monitoring, cluster Toezicht en Handhaving van de provincie Limburg wordt ten behoeve van het toezicht op de naleving van de Verordening HPA erosiebestrijding landbouwgronden 2003 aangewezen.

+### Artikel 2
+
+Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking de tweede dag na publicatie in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie.
