# Besluit intrekking Besluit instelling Adviescommissie bezwaarschriften ACM
### Artikel I
Het Besluit instelling Adviescommissie bezwaarschriften ACM (Stcrt. 2013, nr. 9714) wordt ingetrokken.
### Artikel II
Bezwaarschriften gericht tegen beschikkingen omtrent het opleggen van een bestuurlijke boete of een last onder dwangsom als bedoeld in artikel 56 van de Mededingingswet die zijn genomen voor 1 augustus 2014, worden behandeld op basis van het Besluit instelling Adviescommissie bezwaarschriften ACM.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 augustus 2014.
