+Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

+
+Wijzigt het Besluit financiële markten BES.
+
+### Artikel IV
+
+Wijzigt het Besluit bijzondere prudentiële maatregelen, beleggerscompensatie en depositogarantie Wft.

+### Artikel V
+
+Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
