# Besluit PDV aanwijzing IAD als toezichthouder tuchtrecht 2004
### Artikel 1
De Interne Accountantsdienst (IAD) van het Hoofdproductschap Akkerbouw wordt ten behoeve van het toezicht op de naleving van de in het Besluit PDV toezichthouder tuchtrecht 2003 genoemde verordeningen aangewezen.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking de tweede dag na publicatie in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie.
