# Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2019
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit toezicht accountantsorganisaties.
Dit onderdeel is nog niet inwerking getreden
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel V
Wijzigt het Besluit reikwijdtebepalingen Wft.
### Artikel VI
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft
### Artikel VII
Wijzigt het Besluit uitvoering Pensioenwet en Wet verplichte beroepspensioenregeling.
### Artikel VIII
Wijzigt het Besluit toezicht trustkantoren 2018.
### Artikel IX
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentieel toezicht financiële groepen Wft.
### Artikel X
Wijzigt het Besluit uitvoering EU-verordeningen financiële markten.
### Artikel XI
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2020, met uitzondering van artikel III dat in werking treedt op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
### Artikel XII
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2019.
