### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit marktmisbruik Wft.
### Artikel IV
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
### Artikel V
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit richtlijn herstelpakket beleggingsondernemingen.
