# Wijzigingsbesluit Voertuigreglement (typegoedkeuring van landbouw- of bosbouwtrekkers)
### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Voertuigreglement.
### Artikel II
Artikel 3.10.1 van het Voertuigreglement is tot 1 juli 2009 niet van toepassing op landbouw- of bosbouwtrekkers die beschikken over een typegoedkeuring die in een Lid-Staat van de Europese Gemeenschappen of in een andere Staat die partij is bij de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte voor 1 juli 2005 is verleend.
### Artikel III
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.
