**1.** De vijfde mei aan te wijzen als nationale feestdag waarop jaarlijks de bevrijding van het Koninkrijk in 1945 van de Duitse en Japanse bezetter wordt herdacht en gevierd.
**2.** In te trekken het besluit van 12 maart 1982, nr. 1.
