### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit uitvoering EU-verordeningen financiële markten.

### Artikel III

Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

### Artikel IV

Dit besluit treedt in werking op het tijdstip waarop de Wet implementatie verordening essentiële-informatiedocumenten in werking treedt.

### Artikel V

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit implementatie verordening essentiële-informatiedocumenten.
